Since it seems most if not all of us will continue to live in New Tinsdale for the time being, I'd suggest the various Counts take on certain aspects of the oversight of the town and the county. Thoughts?

Oakshade would take over the temple district as overseer of things religious. Not necessarily as Archpriest over all the temples, but the man to seek out for problems and so forth.

Celene and her silver riders would be responsible for temple security and the safe passage of travelers, caravans and so forth on the roads around the county.

Thurvold would oversee the mines and the education sector.

Allie oversees the arts and entertainment industry of the town.

Thaylias and Shanti continue as the heads of the county with Thaylias working with the militia and government offices while Shanti oversees townsfolk relations and housing sectors - something like the mayor's job.

Thurvold is far more interested in the crafts and smithing of weapons/armor/and many objects of silver and gold smithing than the mines that supply them. He'd be happy to help with the mines if asked, but a lot of stuff that he considers part of his life might well be considered 'art'. His very concept is of a crafter of items.

Off topic just a bit, Thay and Shanti are going to continue living in the manor house as they have been doing, rooms are open to all who might need as their new homes are being build.

The dwarves in the area will be rather pleased, as on a hill at the edge of town the stone are being imported and the foundations of a castle laid.
